Very good. The guide, Henry, was very entertaining, he told us lots of interesting stories about the city and he made the tour very personal. We were already tired of long walks, so this tuk tuk was perfect for getting around Madrid in a different way. They also picked us up exactly at our address, ideal! The only thing I would improve would be to incorporate a microphone and headphones, because the noise of the city made it difficult to hear the guide completely.
The guide was very professional and we didnt realised when 4 hours passed due to the entertaning speach, interesting information and nice siteseeings.
Our friendly guide Henry picked us up right in front of our hotel instead of at a specific meeting point. This saved us a lot of time and convenience. From there, we hopped on a tuk-tuk and toured the city. The guide told us stories about each area and famous historical figures. We stopped to enjoy panoramic views of the Royal Palace and the Cathedral and a family photo. Excellent service.
